Description
Nothing unusual, but the Irish are big fans of potatoes, prepared mashed potatoes out of it.

Cooking
Potato peel, chop into large pieces. Boil in salted water until tender 20 minutes. Drain the water, cool, peel the potatoes.
Chop the spring onion finely, put in a saucepan with the milk. Bring to boil, cook until the onions are soft.
Put a pot of peeled potatoes on the fire, stir with a wooden spoon for 1 minute, until excess moisture has evaporated. Remove from heat, add milk, onion, pepper, mash into a puree.
