Patties in moulds
This recipe I long ago saw in the Internet, it slightly altered and now these cutlets are a frequent dish on our table. I like their principle - not fried, almost steam, fast, beautiful + healthy dish for kids. The entire cooking process takes 10 minutes + 35 in the oven.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

Minced pork (I cook only from pork, but I guess I can try and mixed, and chicken) + egg + onion + mayonnaise, sometimes I put the starch (if any)2 tbsp,but it is not mandatory.

Salt, pepper and mix everything.

Next important point - molds. I have two of them - large and small cell, these molds for muffins (cupcakes in Russian), but I use them for meatballs. You can take silicone and any what you have. This time I did a small.

Spread the stuffing. Try to distribute it evenly to avoid "slides."

Put on top of the grated cheese. Cheese when cooking will serve as a lid for cakes, so the juice from the meat may drip in the oven, it is necessary to distribute the stuffing evenly.

And in the oven for 35-40 minutes. During this time you can shave off a salad or cook a side dish. Get, take out of the molds.
