Very easy dish and delicious!!!

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Spices

Clean the mushrooms, wash, arbitrarily cut and boil in salted water until cooked (when cooked, you can add a Bay leaf)

As the mushrooms are cooked, discard in a colander to glass liquid.

Mushrooms season with salt and pepper. Add the chopped onions.

Add sour cream and mix well.
