Ingredients

  • Pasta

    200 g

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Ham

    150 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cream

    250 ml

  • Salt

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Cumin

  • Basil

  • Dill

Cooking

Boil maccaroni (thick tubes) until soft in salted water. Cut the eggplant cubes, salt and leave for a few minutes

Finely chop the garlic

In a frying pan with vegetable oil fry the eggplant for 3-4 minutes, add garlic

Ham cut into strips

On a coarse grater three cheese.

In a deep bowl, mix the pasta, eggplant, ham, cheese, add chopped dill.

Whisk the eggs, then add the cream, salt and again whisk.

Grease a form with butter, put there our ingredients and pour egg-cream mixture. Sprinkle top with caraway seeds.

Put in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes. On top form I covered with foil. Take out of the oven, allow to cool slightly, cut into portions, add a few Basil leaves....and here's the beauty we did it! Grab a big fork and Eminem! Bon appetit!
