Description
Well, the name speaks for itself: easy salad is low-calorie. I invented it by accident - was grenades, which had to attach. Thus was born this idea. For anybody not a secret that pomegranates contain many vitamins (especially vitamin C) and minerals. I suggest to look and make sure everything useful is simple!

Cooking
Pre-washed and chopped/torn into small pieces lettuce leaves on a platter. At this stage I'm still a little added some salt. A small digression: I made 2 portions, i.e. everything listed in the ingredients divided by 2 and laid out on 2 plates with layers. But then I thought I sooo overplayed their hand and salad would be enough for 3-4 portions. Well, depends on what the consumers, of course:) And another: layer, of course, beautiful, but if the beauty you are looking, all the ingredients can be mixed in the bowl and do not suffer.
The next layer is chicken. In the instructions to the ingredients I noted that it needs to be boiled and "disassemble" the fibers, can, of course, and cut - then as people want. Well, actually, spread on lettuce leaves. Can be a little pepper.
Almost the final stage - the eggs. I cut them randomly and quite small. Ready? Now pour the top with olive oil (a little, of course), sprinkle with vinegar (the best special for salads and in any case not essence!), get straight to the salad, the juice from half a lemon (of course, if you put batch, and not mix the salad in one Cup, then half of the lemon should be enough for all portions).
And finally, sprinkle the top with pomegranate seeds.
