Description
Dim sum - easy dish that is traditionally served for Breakfast in Japan or China. Dim sum - distant relatives of the dumplings (although they are sometimes just the name of the ceremony Breakfast in China, including the tea party). The form of dim sum can remind dumplings or manti. Dim sum boiled, fried, but most often steamed. The filling is the flight to Your imagination! I offer a meatless version of this traditional dish with mushrooms. Help yourself!
