Baked ricotta we tried with my daughter at the exhibition of Italian products, very we liked it and we initially overclocked to buy for the house for tea and then it dawned on me that it is possible to make this at home, the more fresh we sell. Searching in the Internet I found the recipe author nonna pina from Verona. And here presentyou your baked cheese.

I have this show only one photo and not with the cheese. So a lot of people were and when you consider that all that was sold was to try more than once. This is the second huge room, the first we probably 4 hours passed and so to the second is already less people came to eat when trying to satiety and time was gone.
So ricotta shake it out gently from the mold.
We need the oil and the mixture of herbs. I have in this mix was still dry tomatoes.
Grease cheese flavoured oil and put in preheated oven at temp of 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
And our cheese is ready! Use it cooled.
On a piece of cracker or ciabatta, with dried plum or tomato, or simply with bread and tea is just a fairy tale! Help yourself! Bon appetit!
