Cooking

step-0
Chicken fillet cut into cubes.
step-1
Carrots and bell pepper, seeded, cut into large cubes.
step-2
In the bowl multivarki pour vegetable oil, to include mode "Browning" for 15 minutes. Give 2 minutes for the oil to heat up, add the chicken, onion, cut into small pieces, and carrots. Fry with an open lid of the slow cooker, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes.
step-3
Add the bell pepper. Continue to fry for another 2 minutes. Switch off mode "Browning".
step-4
Now put the corn and the beans along with the liquid. Of course, if you have time, boil the beans yourself, in advance, and use it together with the broth!
step-5
Add all remaining ingredients, except starch and salt. Pour 100 ml of chicken or vegetable broth, you can add water. Stir.
step-6
Turn mode "Quenching" for 30 minutes (my MV is low).
step-7
10 minutes after the start of cooking, add the starch, diluted in 100 ml of cold water. Within 5 minutes, simmer, stirring occasionally, giving the stew to thicken. At the end add salt. Turn off MV and allow the chicken with vegetables to infuse and drink in the flavors of the spices.
step-8
Oh, and nice work, I tell you!!! With rice, you too, by the way, can be prepared in multivarka Vitek VT-4215 BW it is! And if you make the stew thicker, feel free to eat it wrapped in a tortilla! Bon appetit to you and your family!
