Toasted millet porridge
I give you the choice for a tasty, quick nutritious Breakfast.

Ingredients

  • Millet

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

To cook millet porridge. Layer 1 - 1.5 cm put in a baking dish. (This step is better done with PM)

In the morning when the porridge hardens, cut it into pieces.

Beat the eggs.

Each piece dipped in egg and put back into shape. Pour the remaining egg mass. Pry the pieces of cereal to egg mass has penetrated to the bottom of the form.

From top to grate cheese. ( in my case, sheep cheese, because we love these croutons are salty. But it's not for everybody, so I recommend to take the cheese) Put in the preheated oven for 20 min.

Ready Grengam let cool slightly.
