It SUPERCILIOUSLY, very tender, tasty and flavorful soup to cook it only half an hour, and the cost of the products are ridiculous, so if you decide to arrange a day of fasting, then it is not necessary to starve yourself! Treat yourself to a vitamin soup of Broccoli :-)

Cooking
Peel the potatoes and cut into 4 equal pieces Onion peeled and cut into 6 equal parts Carrots cut into slices with a thickness of about 3 mm Broccoli, potatoes, onions and carrots cover with cold water and cook about 15 minutes from the moment of boiling, when boiling add salt for 5 minutes until cooked add the Bay leaf. In principle, raw vegetables to cook in already boiling water, it does not matter, but cook for 20 minutes in this case. (See, once cooked the potatoes and carrots – ready). *STOP*
Prepared vegetables put in blender and whip until smooth puree or pass through a fine grater.
In vegetable broth add milk and cheese and mix until then, until the cheese is dissolved (personally, I did all this also in blender) :-[ Mix vegetable puree and the resulting "cheese-milk" vegetable soup - that soup is ready in which calories are so few that trying to find them practically useless! But if You think the soup is not very thick, add a tablespoon of flour and thoroughly mix into soup, stirring over medium heat. When serving you can add croutons or herbs, to Your taste! Bon appetit!
