Film cover, so that the liquid from it does not evaporate, otherwise the salad will be dry breast.
Peppers, carrots (raw), pickles, and cheese cut into strips, the olives slices. The recipe still two of anchovy, but I used olives stuffed with anchovies. So, as such the anchovies in the salad are present, duplicate the number of them I don't feel the need. And you choose the way you like. Vegetables randomly on a platter and pour the remaining emulsion.
