Italian chicken salad
Insalata di pollo saporita. It turns out that in Italy it is not only pasta and pizza. Very tasty and Italian light and healthy, a bit unusual and autumn painted, chicken salad. I assure you will like!

Ingredients

  • Chicken breast

  • Gherkins

  • Lemon juice

  • Sour cream

Breast cut into plates with thickness of 1, 5 cm and fry on the grill with two sides for 7-8 minutes. Put in dish and then cover with foil.

To prepare the emulsion for the filling: sour cream sauce and two types of gorcic, lemon juice, olive oil, a pinch of salt and pepper. Add the ingredients gradually, adjusting amount to suit your taste. Chicken pour 1/3 of the filling and again cover with the cling film. Film cover, so that the liquid from it does not evaporate, otherwise the salad will be dry breast.

Peppers, carrots (raw), pickles, and cheese cut into strips, the olives slices. The recipe still two of anchovy, but I used olives stuffed with anchovies. So, as such the anchovies in the salad are present, duplicate the number of them I don't feel the need. And you choose the way you like. Vegetables randomly on a platter and pour the remaining emulsion.
