Simple and DELICIOUS !!!

Ingredients

  • Beef liver

    200 g

  • Beets

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Salt

  • Lemon juice

  • Vegetable oil

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Dry red wine

    0.5 cup

  • Cashews

the liver cut into strips, the thinner, more aesthetically, lightly fried (about 3 minutes) and put out with the addition of wine (about 3 minutes)
