Pie with cheese and crab sticks
Cake "Snail". Soft, airy dough combined with the salty stuffing of cheese, juicy crab sticks and fragrant dill.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Sour cream

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    7 g

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Crab sticks

    120 g

  • Cheese

    180 g

  • Dill

    1 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Sesame

Beat the softened butter and the egg with sugar and salt, white, add sour cream - mix well. Flour (270 gr.) and baking powder sift into the mixture, knead the dough (flour may need a little more). The batter should be slightly lipoate. The finished dough roll into a ball and put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Crab sticks cut into small cubes.

For the crab sticks, add cheese, cut into small cubes and dill.

To the stuffing add the 50 gr. the sour cream and mix well.

Work surface sprinkle with flour. Roll the dough into a rectangle. The thickness of the dough approximately 2-3 mm.

Then, cut the dough into strips with a width of 5 cm.

On a baking tray lined with baking paper, to shift the resulting "sausages" and roll in "snail", starting from the centre.
