Stupichi
This wonderful recipe I found on one food blog, and I really liked it. Stupice in Serbian means "sticks", as are baked in tins for Finance, but I don't, and I bake in a conventional mold for muffins. When our family got tired of just bread, we arrange fasting days and I bake these healthy mini loaves, why? Look!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Bran

    7 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1.5 tsp

  • Salt

  • Coriander

  • Cinnamon

    3 tsp

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Cranberry

    1 Tbsp

  • Apple

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

8 lush stupica: Dried cranberries and dried Apple grind into powder. In a bowl break the egg, add bran, a pinch of salt and a pinch of coriander, cocoa and ground into powder cranberries and Apple. Stir it carefully. Now add the most important and climactic component of cinnamon!!! A lot of cinnamon! I was not wrong and this is not a typo in the recipe-lots of cinnamon! Who is not afraid, can add in excess of! I don't know why, so I will quote "in the finished product it ceases to be perceived as cinnamon, instead of a memory, a taste of rye bread from childhood." So, let us get back to cooking. Adding cinnamon, it again very good mix.

Stirring the mixture, add a little milk (I use 2.5% fat, but may be less), until you get a thick batter. Leave it for 15 minutes to infuse, it will become even thicker! Add milk until you get mass resembling porridge of medium thickness, and baking powder. Mix well.

Spread into molds for muffins (fill halfway) or bake one cake! Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20 minutes. The most useful mini-loaves ready.
