Bright Sunny pellets interspersed with greenery can be a wonderful alternative to the usual bread for a variety of your daily menu. On the festive table they will cause a pleasant surprise guests. Perfect for parties, when there is no time to prepare complex dishes. Can be prepared in advance of tortillas and various dips (sauces) to them. We love to eat them with pickled vegetables mixed with fresh herbs and homemade yogurt.

Cooking
Boil the rice with a teaspoon of cumin, preferably in a double boiler, and blend it in a blender or food processor.
Greens finely chop, garlic to crush or RUB on a small grater.
Stir in rice mashed garlic, greens, salt, turmeric, vegetable oil, a mixture of sifted rice and wheat flour. Flour can be taken and the usual, what you have available. But in any case, look at the consistency of your dough, to not stuck to the hands, perhaps, of flour will require more or less.
It turns out that kind of dough, which you roll into a sausage, divide into 6-7 pieces and roll into a small pellet. Bake tortillas on a dry pan without oil. In the early to put a pancake on a hot griddle for 10-15 seconds and flip it to the other side. So to repeat a couple of times so they dry and don't stick to the pan, then the cake will not stick, to lie on one side indefinitely. Bake until done or until a light blush on both sides.
Tastes best when served as a garnish to fresh salads, a variety of dips, chutneys and other sauces. Our favorite combination of chopped pickled vegetables (this time the zucchini and eggplant) mixed with fresh herbs and homemade yogurt.
