Butter cake with pears
I like the fall. The abundance of fruits and nuts. The bright colors of autumn leaves. In the evening it gets cool, want truly homemade cake. I propose to try my autumn mood. Rich, fragrant cake, special taste and structure which give a brown sugar and oat flour. Pie cream and egg yolks, sweet, and oatmeal even as it gently loose. And, of course, stuffing, which in my cake is quite interesting, if not unusual.

Let's prepare the filling. It will prepare the nuts. If necessary, peel and chop. I wanted the nuts felt good, because I'm just a little crushed them with a rolling pin.
