Meat rolls with eggplant and pickles
Delicious, nutritious and simple recipe of meat dishes, which perfectly blends juicy meat, tender eggplant and tangy taste of the pickles.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    3 piece

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

Eggplant wash, cut into strips (thickness approximately 0.8 cm). Soak in cold, salted water for 10 minutes, to go the extra bitterness.

Fry the eggplant strips on both sides in olive oil (2 tbsp). Spread on a napkin.
