Soup
"Play&q uot; in Armenian means lentils and "soup&q uot; - a thick soup. Thus, "Visapur&a mp;quot; is a thick lentil soup. The classic recipe I changed a bit: the basic outline remains unchanged, but I added a few stitches, which, in my opinion, the added brightness of this picture. Ingredients added by me, note the words "not necessarily". Dish suitable for lent.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    30 g

  • Lentils

  • Wheat groats

    0.333 cup

  • Potatoes

  • Carrots

  • Celery root

  • Ginger

  • Coriander

  • Spices

  • Olives

  • Lemon

Rinse the mushrooms and pour the warm water for a few hours. Then put the mushrooms together with the infusion in a pan, add water to 3 gallons and then boil it.

Meanwhile, prepare the rest of the products: peel the onion, carrots, celery and potatoes. Carrots and celery cut into strips, potato cubes. Onion - cubes or half-rings. Wheat rinse with cold water.
