Homemade granola for Breakfast
I offer You a very tasty and healthy Breakfast foods available. Granola is also suitable for snacking. Cooked very easily and quickly. Spending every bit of time You will receive a minimum of 10 useful, easy and quick Breakfast. In granola you can add any of Your favorite nuts and dried fruits.

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    260 g

  • Wheat flakes

    50 g

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Peanuts

    130 g

  • Sunflower seeds

    100 g

  • Raisins

    100 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Honey

    4 Tbsp

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Olive oil

    30 ml

To connect oat and millet flakes.

The flakes add peeled peanuts, walnuts (can not clear), sunflower seeds, washed raisins, a pinch of salt and mix everything carefully.

Honey mix well with water and pour in the granola. Then pour olive oil (can be vegetable odourless) and mix thoroughly.

On the baking tray lined with foil or parchment paper, lay out our granola and evenly distribute it. Dried the granola in the preheated oven for 40 minutes at 170 degrees, not forgetting stirring occasionally, so granola evenly dry. If You have covered with foil, stir gently, so as not to be torn foil. After 40 minutes the oven off and leave the granola inside to cool down.

Ready and cooled place granola in a jar for storage. Serve granola possible yogurt, yogurt or milk.
