Coleslaw
This salad tastes like a little sauerkraut, but preparation takes much less time.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    0.5 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vinegar

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

Shred cabbage, carrot peel and grate on a coarse grater.

Add salt and mash with cabbage

Finely chop the onion. Combine all in a salad bowl, dress with vinegar and oil and place in the fridge for an hour. Bon appetit!!!
