Juicy Apple pie soiled
Very tasty, juicy and tender pie.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    250 ml

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Apple

    3 piece

Cook a porridge from milk and semolina. Allow to cool to room temperature, stirring occasionally. Add yeast and leave for 20-30 minutes.

Separately grind the butter with the sugar.

Add the eggs, a pinch of salt and combine with porridge.

Then add the flour and knead the dough. Leave the dough to rise for 1 hour (I was busy about the dough is forgotten, and when remembered, it's already "run away"...).

In a greased form spread about 2/3 of dough and flatten with a wet hand.

Apples clear from the skin and seeds and cut into cubes. Then place a layer of apples (if apples sour, then sprinkle the sugar), you can sprinkle with cinnamon.

Bake for 25-35 minutes in a preheated 200 degree oven.
