Tabbouleh for a picnic
One day I was watching French Food at Home. Usually my husband does not respond to such, but suddenly he was attracted by the kind of salad that leading was preparing for a picnic. And said, "Oh, it looks delicious! It had I tried!" The recipe was simple, and I suggested my husband to cook it yourself. Fortunately, I do have an excuse - chest baby. Husband, nothing in life is not ready, agreed. Since this salad we make all the time: and on picnics, and summer heat as a side dish, and when you just want something light.

Ingredients

  • Couscous

    2 cup

  • Lemon juice

    0.75 cup

  • Olive oil

    0.75 cup

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Greens

    0.5 cup

  • Mint

    0.5 cup

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Mix the couscous with lemon juice and olive oil. Leave for 1-2 hours for swelling.

Finely chop the onion and herbs. Tomatoes peel and seeds and cut into small cubes.

Mix couscous with chopped vegetables and herbs. Salt and pepper to taste. Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
