Very simple and healthy cake for every day. Besides it's not too high in calories. And yummy...

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    1.5 cup

  • Lemon peel

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

  • Semolina

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Mix melted margarine, egg, sugar and baking powder.

Then add semolina and milk and stir everything up.

Now the pumpkin and orange zest

So in the end add flour, knead the dough so that it's not very thick. Spread the dough on a baking sheet and cook in a preheated 200-250 degree oven for about 30 minutes.
