Cooking
Apples to clean, sprinkle with lemon juice to avoid darkening. Half of the apples in grated form we need for the test, the second half should be cut into small cubes for decoration.

Whisk. Add in two flour mixed with baking powder. Again whisk. It turns out thickish batter.
Half of the dough put a spoon in with the shape (diameter 24-26 cm), arrange on the bottom formed by the low sides. Now, cook the pudding: 250 ml milk + 3st. L. sugar + pudding powder. I did it in Mikrowelle, you can cook on the stove according to the instructions on the package, but instead of the 500 ml milk take 250 ml. of Hot pudding spread on the batter, even out. But on the baked pie star is clearly seen. Bake the pie for 50-60 minutes at 180*C. Heat the apricot jam and apply it on the Apple star, and the rest of the surface should be filled up with icing sugar. I cut the template star. To prevent it from sticking to the jam, stuck in a pie 4 toothpicks, and they put the template. You can safely pour the powder, the star will remain intact :)
