Delicate cake with peaches
Very tasty and tender cake. The crust is borrowed from a friend, but I modified and changed a little bit. Try it now!

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    300 g

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Milk

    50 g

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Pumpkin seeds

    50 g

  • Hazelnuts

    50 g

  • Sour cream

    400 g

  • Peach

    500 g

Cooking

Margarine, eggs, sugar, milk, baking powder, seeds, nuts and flour I whipped in a food processor. And put the dough in oiled baking dish.

Peaches cut into slices and spread over the dough in a single layer. Bake at 200C for about 40 minutes.

While pie is baking, blend sour cream with sugar. When the pie is ready to pull out of the oven and while it is hot, pour the cream.

To give the cake to cool and absorb the cream. Cut into pieces and Bon APPETIT!!!
