Meat balls with Apple...
Found the recipe in a magazine and decided to try it. Delicious, tender and juicy patties.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Bread

  • Spices

Apple (peeled), onions, egg yolk, bread (or crackers) blend well in a blender. If no, then finely chop the onion and Apple grate.

It all comes together with minced meat + spices and knead well. If redcoat mince, then add some more breadcrumbs (I added a little more corn flour).

Make the balls (or patties). Hands should be moistened with cold water. And put everything on oiled plate, so it is easier then they had to take.

Oil heat (it should not be enough) and fry the balls (sort of "roll" them in oil). If you have fried food, then this is the job for him. Folded into a saucepan and stew some more. I put in the microwave for 5 minutes.
