Description
Today's lunch was everyone's favorite dumplings. Since post has not yet ended, a fast only me and my husband (kids are still small), the toppings were two: 1. just with potatoes and fried onions 2. with the addition of bacon. All were satisfied.

Cooking
Knead elastic, not sticky to hands, the dough and leave it under the Cup.
Boil the potatoes in salted water. Mash into a puree without adding liquid.
Chop the onion very finely and fry until Golden brown in vegetable oil. Add to the mashed potatoes.
Bacon cut into thin slices, fry in the same pan without adding oil.
Add to mashed potatoes. Mix well.
Now lepim dumplings as usual. I rolled the dough thin,
Here they are turned out at me :)
So boiled dumplings very fast, 3-4 minutes.
