Description
Chicken wings is a great dish for parties. On the "drum sticks" all the meat is shifted to the end of one bone, this way your guests eat them will be much easier. You can use any marinade. One of my favorites – a mixture of soy sauce with sauce "Hoisin", sweet chili sauce and ginger. Wings get spicy and the cooking process takes on the color of dark caramel.

2. Peel the ginger and finely chop. Cuttings of cilantro finely chopped. Garlic skip through the press. Mix the three sauce with ginger, cilantro, garlic, brown sugar and lime juice.
3. The wings to cut the top phalanx. Cut the meat from the top of the second phalanx of kitchen scissors and a knife to scrape it down to the bone. 4. Pour wings and marinade put into the refrigerator at least three hours.
5. Preheat the oven to 200C. Put the wings on the crisp tray. In a pan pour a little water so that it does not touch the wings. Drizzle the wings with half of the remaining marinade and bake for 20 minutes. Pour remaining marinade and bake for another 20 minutes.
6. Serve hot with cilantro leaves.
