Well, here's my first snack cake. The theme for me, as for many, unusual... Here's the recipe today is unusual. Today we will cook pancakes from buckwheat groats, cream of avocado and arugula, and build this beautiful cake! Fans of buckwheat, avocado and unusual combinations dedicated)

First we need to cook the buckwheat. While cooking the grains, we will prepare cream cake. To do this, peel the avocado - I did it with a spoon - put in a blender, add two kinds of oil, a tablespoon of soy sauce, arugula and a little lemon juice (to add spice and, most importantly, the cream then immediately changed color), and turn it all into a puree. Ready cream put into the fridge.

Now the three cheese and knead the dough for pancakes. In blender go to sleep svalivsheesya buckwheat, add eggs, grated cheese, thyme or other herbs according to Your taste, a tablespoon of soy sauce - Porirua.
