Tender, juicy, spicy knuckle! Meat eaters will be happy! Pork shank baked in a slow cooker, very filling and tasty dish. You can cook it in several ways. This time I cooked pork, marinated in a homemade sauce. Through this method of marinating, the meat turns out very juicy and tender.

Ingredients

  • Knuckle

    1 kg

  • Adjika

    100 g

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Basil

    1 tsp

Knuckle my good skrabek knife or steel wool, put in a bowl and fill with water. Put into the fridge for a day covered.

The next day, remove the shanks from the water, dry well with a towel. Incision the skin diamonds.

Thoroughly lubricated from all sides, home-made adjika sauce.

Salt mixed with Basil and sprinkle on top of adzhika. You can take any other herbs which you love.

Put the prepared pork on a large sheet of foil and carefully wrap. Why wrap it in another layer of foil. Put into the fridge for the night.

The next day put the pork in the bowl of the multicooker, close the lid, turn mode "Roasting" in two and a half hours. Every thirty to forty minutes, the knuckle should be placed on the other side that it cooked evenly.
