Lightly beat.
3 chilled protein vzbit in a solid foam and add 100 g of sugar 1 tablespoon, beating well until stiff.
Then connect the yolk mass with protein, adding beaten egg whites 1 tablespoon, stirring gently from top to bottom.
The resulting mixture was gradually add oat flour, fine, but stirring gently...
Got this pastry.
In the bowl multivarki put a round of parchment, grease it with grease, and pour our dough. Mode Baking, 40 minutes. Allow to cool in the slow cooker.
Then gently remove the parchment. Sponge cake is very delicate, so easily broken...
I had the custard... it is very him she loves, so I cook it often, and without reason... 1 grind the yolks with 4 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp cocoa. Pour 150 ml of warm milk, and while mixing, add 4 tbsp of sifted flour. Then pour the remaining 350 ml of hot milk, stir. Put on slow fire and stirring occasionally bring to a thick. Allow to cool completely. Then I added to the custard cream 0.5 banks condensed milk ( 190 g), pre-cooked. And whipped with a mixer until airy.
Biscuit I still broke down... So I solved the problem. The bottom of a deep dish cover with cling film. On the bottom put a layer of cream, then a layer of oat biscuit. Compacted.
Then again a layer of cream, layer of sponge cake and end with a layer of cream.
Compacted and top to close the package. To put it in the fridge for 0.5 - 1 hour...
Then take out the cake from the refrigerator and put away little helpers... But otherwise, as I have to save the situation by all means at hand... Turn the cake on a flat plate, remove the film and decorate as desired... as thanks to my assistant, the appearance of the cake was not so hot ( some have got little finger to try the cream...), Then I sprinkled the cake top with cocoa using a strainer.. And then my assistant had decorated our cake with wafer flowers that I so graciously gave my girlfriend...
And enjoy your tea!!! Very tender, very juicy and delicious... and you help yourself!
