Description

Spicy gratin with tuna
Excellent, flavorful and incredibly delicious gratin. It can be prepared with anything and it will still be delicious. There can be as hot or cold.

Ingredients

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tuna

    1 can

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Potatoes

    300 g

  • Cheese

    85 g

  • Milk

    80 ml

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Parsley

    0.5 coup

  • Seasoning

    0.5 pack

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

Onions cut straws.

In a pan heat the oil with 1 tbsp butter and fry the onion for 5 minutes, but do not let it boil. Add seasoning and cook for 1 more minute.

Tuna lightly mash with a fork, if the liquid in it is too much part of the merge.

Add the tuna to the pan, stir and cook for a few minutes. Off.

Garlic and parsley shred.

Cheese grate on a fine grater.

Eggs, beat, add milk, cheese, garlic and parsley and beat again.

Potato peel, grate on a coarse grater and squeeze excess moisture.

Form grease with oil, spread the mixture of onions, dressings and tuna, add the potatoes. Pepper to taste, stir.

Pour the egg-cheese mixture, lightly stir. Top with crumble pieces of butter and bake in the oven at a temperature of 190 C for 40 minutes. Served in the same form.
