Appetizer of figs with cheese and bacon
Love snacks fusion. Love the combination of fruit with cheese and meat. I offer one of my favorite snacks.

Ingredients

  • Figs

    3 piece

  • Dutch cheese

    120 g

  • Bacon

    6 piece

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Balsamic

    1 Tbsp

  • Basil

Figs wash, dry paper towel.

Cut the figs into two equal halves. On each piece of figs, place a slice of cheese.

Wrap in a strip of bacon. Preheat the pan with olive oil. Fry only one side with cheese. Cheese should be slightly melted, the bacon brown and the figs will be cold. Pour balsamic cream, garnish with Basil. Serve immediately. You can use the second option with mozzarella and Parma ham, then fry optional.
