Sponge cake Austrian cheese cake
Very tender, very flavorful cake. Niinimaki biscuit with a very delicate souffle of cheese "Gouda" on a layer of canned pineapple. Help yourself!

Mix the sifted flour, starch, coconut and salt.

Beat eggs with a mixer at high speed 1 minute. Add the sugar (I used brown sugar TM "Mistral") and beat at high speed for 7-8 minutes. Should get a creamy, homogeneous mass.

On a small fire heated the cream with the vanilla extract (35-40°C), add the cheese and, stirring continuously, dissolve it.

Add 1/2 of the sugar, the flour and constantly stir until a homogeneous dense mass. Add the butter and remove from heat the pan. Cool the mass to room temperature.

Divide whites and yolks. The yolks (one by one) enter in vysheperechislennyh mixture and whisk well.
