Cooking
The proportions can be easily increased at least by half. I got so little because I overestimated the amount of dried fruit in the kitchen cupboard... Dried fruit (I – dates, raisins light and dark and a bit dried cherries) thoroughly wash and fill with boiling water. The composition of the mix can vary to your taste: if you want a sourer – put the apricots, cherries, cranberries... I even turned out too sweet.
Oatmeal (here just that case when it is desirable to take do not require cooking, like "Mistral", for example, we're going to eat them without heat treatment) process it into flour with a blender or grinder.
Nuts (I had peanuts, but again, a complete freedom of imagination: you can use walnuts, almonds, cashews, that is, shorter) wash, lightly fry on the pan, cleaned from the husk and also puree them in a blender.
Mix the oat and nut flour.
With dried fruit drain off water from dates remove pits. And also in blender – puree turn into a homogeneous mass. The preparatory phase is over. Put off the spoon two teaspoons oat-nut flour.
To the rest add about half of the mashed dried fruit, knead well until smooth – if it crumbles, add a bit more puree. We spread in a form or plate. I put the parchment for the sole purpose to get a cake then, so as not to cut it in a silicone form. And so it is not clingy. We stamp.
Now a layer of fruit puree.
And on top sprinkle the remaining oat-nut flour. All! Put into the fridge and look forward to Breakfast :)
