Homemade fruit ice
Juice peach/currant. Not original, but tasty and natural, fast and true! We have heat!!!

Ingredients

  • Peach

    100 g

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Sugar

    3 tsp

  • The juice of a freshly squeezed

    150 g

Almost all fresh fruit-berries will do. I opted for the currants and peaches. My assistants are plastic cups and wooden sticks for ice cream.

As a small portion, I did not use a juicer, but just rubbed the currants through a sieve. Make a thick juice with pulp.

The peach was rubbed on a usual grater. Separately dissolved in hot water sugar. If portions are large, cook syrup (sugar fell asleep in the water and on the stove until the sugar is dissolved).

Put together all the ingredients. Pour into cups and put them in the freezer. After 10-15 minutes, stuck a wand until a complete freeze.

That's all. Ready! The ice POPs out easily, if you hold the Cup in your palm for a few seconds, well, or substitute under a stream of hot water.
