Vegetable patties cooked in steam (in slow cooker)
Seeing as I cook this dish, my family began to persuade me to spare them from such culinary experiments. The steamed vegetables they somehow cause not the most pleasant gastronomic memories of childhood. However, having all remained in utter delight. Try this healthy and extremely tasty dish!

Ingredients

  • Green beans

    150 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    6 Tbsp

  • Cabbage

    150 g

  • Salt

  • Khmeli-suneli

Cooking

Beans boil in salted water for the program "Control" (100 degrees) for 10 minutes, drain in a colander.

To chop the cabbage. Onions and carrots to grate/cut into thin strips. Beans cut in half lengthwise.

All vegetables to mix, "squeeze" hands. Add eggs and flour, season with salt and Khmeli suneli. Mix thoroughly to form a vegetable patties (easier molded with wet hands) and place them on the oiled container for roasting.

Cook on the program "Steam" for 20 minutes.
