Tater tots with horseradish
Dear Cooks, today I want to treat you to an original snack that hot turns into a funny looking side dish. Bright, cheerful colored balls of potatoes, cooked with multivarki Vitek VT-4210ВК, I think, will appeal to children and adults.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    4 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Horseradish

    3 tsp

  • Greens

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Paprika sweet

    2 Tbsp

  • Sauerkraut

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Bread crumbs

    2 Tbsp

Potatoes good wash (do not clean), brush each tuber vegetable oil and salt with pepper. Put in the bowl multivarki Vitek VT-4210ВК, close the lid and turn the program "Bakery" for 50 min. in 50 min if potatoes are still not ready, flip it to the other side and to include the same program for another 50 min.

Prepared potatoes cut in half and carefully remove the pulp.

Mash the potatoes into a puree, adding vegetable oil and horseradish. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Divide the puree into two parts (can not equal). In one part add the sauerkraut. Stir.

Shape the meatballs, crumble them in breadcrumbs. Multicookings Vitek VT-4210ВК included on the program "Browning". Heat the oil and fry it on both sides of the balls with cabbage (the lid can be closed). Balls should not be much in the bowl. Balls with cabbage can be served immediately, hot.

From the second part puree make two (and maybe more-how will allow your imagination) in the form of balls. Adult-red balls (they crumble in ground paprika or other red spices, to taste). And for the kids there is a green option-the greens, chopped salt and garlic.

That's the beauty! If you don't like the combination of potatoes and sauerkraut (which is really tasty), try the potatoes with mushrooms or fried onions.
