Cooking
Wash and dry the meat. Peel and cut onion into half rings. On a hot pan with a small quantity of oil fry the meat on all sides, add the onions.
Add the carrots in Korean. No need to slice carrots. Stir, cover with a lid and simmer on medium heat until tender.
Try on salt. I had the salt of carrots in Korean. Very convenient, juicy, spicy and delicious!
