Breakfast in a rustic style
As they say "not thinking of the proud light fun", put a formula, variants of which many on this site. However, I want rather to show the ways of applying this uncomplicated meals, thanks to which it will acquire chic and elegance of the rustic style, so loved by me. Conventional chop of the zucchini will turn into a gourmet Breakfast or a main dish for lunch, and guests are not ashamed to serve. It is especially nice to enjoy this cake in the country, surrounded by nature in a circle of beloved family or friends.

Ingredients

  • Zucchini

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Flour

  • Olive oil

    50 ml

  • Butter

  • Rosemary

  • Vinegar

    100 ml

  • Water

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Blue cheese

Two small zucchini wash, if necessary, cleaned, cut in half and remove the middle with seeds.

Grate on a medium grater, sprinkle with salt and leave for 10 minutes. Then squeeze the excess fluid.

Cheese you can use Parmesan or another hard cheese, grate on a fine grater.

Mix zucchini, cheese, eggs and flour, stir and leave for 20 minutes. This step does not miss out, because the meatballs are easier to turn over. I left for 10 minutes and the first batch pretty much stuck to the pan, had to gently pry the spatula to flip. The second batch was better tack, and a third with absolutely no problems. So it is better to wait.

In a hot pan with olive or sunflower oil spread with a spoon cutlets and fry on both sides until Golden brown.

Melt the butter and add the leaves from two sprigs of rosemary.
