Cooking

step-0
All products must be at room temperature. In the sifted flour, add semolina, instant yeast TM SAF-Moment, sugar, turmeric, vanilla sugar, salt. All mix thoroughly with a whisk.
step-1
In another bowl, whisk the eggs and vegetable oil.
step-2
Add to the egg mixture to the warm milk, mix well.
step-3
Parts then enter the dry and mix well to break up dough whisk or with a mixer on small speed to avoid lumps.
step-4
Adding in the process warm the yogurt and stir. Put the dough in a warm place for 30-40 minutes.
step-5
The dough is very well risen, turmeric was yellow.
step-6
Bake pancakes on a heated pan. The dough is poured slowly, so, quickly turning the pan and fry on both sides.
step-7
It turns out plump 10-12 pancakes, depending on the size of the pan. To give the pancakes to cool completely. Soak gelatin in warm water.
step-8
Then coat two or damn any jam or thick jam. Roll one roll, and then roll it into another smeared damn. Don't do folding one pancake to another, and then both roll into a loaf. Can burst the damn thickness.
step-9
Trim the edges of the crepes and slice them into rings 1.5 cm thick. A detachable form to cover with foil and arrange the rings of pancakes on the bottom and sides. The side walls are lined with a single layer of pancake rings, pancake left. You can add some more, if allows form, but then the souffle have to do more.
step-10
The form put in the refrigerator. And meanwhile, cook a soufflé. Cottage cheese (not liquid) sugar to put in the bowl of a blender. If the bowl is small (as in my case) to do it in two stages. A little punch to this mix, then pour half of the cream. And to punch. So to do with the second half.
step-11
To connect both parts of the souffle in a bowl, add the vanilla sugar and the dissolved parts in the micro gelatin, mix thoroughly with a whisk.
step-12
Take pancakes out of the fridge and pour it into a soufflé. Cover with foil (not in contact), so the top was smooth, put in refrigerator overnight. As hardens, it is possible at this stage to lay out the fruit, sprinkle with cocoa, grated chocolate, etc.
step-13
In the morning to prepare protein custard cream. Beat egg whites with sugar a few minutes on the table. Then 10 minutes in a water bath and two minutes on the table. At the end of the whipping add citric acid, stirring and already on the table, add vanilla, beat another few seconds to mix. Put the cream in a cooking bag with a nozzle, to decorate the edges of the cake. But this, again, all at will. Pour water jelly out of the pack, taking less water than indicated in the recipe to give to disperse the gelatin, cool it and pour through a strainer the middle of cake, in two or three stages, giving the previous layer to harden. Before meals let stand the cake on the table for a few minutes. The cooking time I give without considering solidification. With carnival You and Valentine's Day!
