Ingredients

GLASS 200ml Opara: In warm milk dissolve the yeast, add half of the flour and knead the dough. Put in a warm place to rise. I took a little over an hour.

Here is the dough after some time.

The yolks separated from the whites. Separate the egg yolks RUB with sugar, salt and vanilla. For color I added turmeric. The mass added to the dough.

The butter melts, allow to cool to room temperature and add to dough.

Whisk the egg whites and also added to the batter.

Add the remaining flour and carefully stir the mixture (I added about 100 grams of flour as the dough I got, very liquid). The dough is kneaded until then, until it will not cease to stick to hands and the walls of the vessels. I kneaded for about 30 minutes. The dough cover and put in warm place to rise.

The dough I stood for about 3 hours. It is a perfect fit.

Raisins, pre-washed and soaked in brandy (2 tsp). Raisins dried on the napkin and roll in flour. The dough should precipitate and add the raisins. Once again good to knead.

I used as forms purchase paper forms (thick) and tin cans, by the way, in the banks I liked more. Banks I pre-greased with butter and covered with baking paper. Hands greased with vegetable oil spread the batter into molds, filling them on 1/3. Form with the dough put to rise in a warm, for about 1 hour or until increased in volume. Bake in a preheated 180-190 grams of 20-40 minutes, depending on the size of the form. On the bottom of the oven you can put a container of water to the bottom of the mud pies didn't burn. If the top of the cake started to really romanitsa, then cover them with baking paper, moistened with water.

Finished cakes cool on the side, after removing them from the forms (jars), and periodically turn over that they do not bed the barrel. Decorate the cooled cakes with glaze.
