Cooking
1. Pour into a bowl 2 cups of oats. I have a glass of 250 ml.
2. Pour into the chopper bowl for blender walnuts.
3. Add to the nuts 1 teaspoon of salt.
5. 1 teaspoon Italian herbs ( or any other herbs which love...).
6. Grind about 10 seconds.
7. Pour this mixture to the oatmeal.
8. Mix well with a spoon.
9. Add 1 Cup of boiling water.
10. Mix well with a spoon until a thick mixture.
Add 1 tbsp. of olive or vegetable oil.
12. Mass stir well with a spoon.
13. On a baking sheet spread out the tracing paper, put the finished mixture and gently flatten with a silicone spatula over the surface. Silicone spatula constantly dipped in water so that the mixture doesn't stick to the blade. Thickness done on eyes approximately, as in an ordinary biscuit.
14. Now with a knife cut the dough into squares. The blade of a knife dipped in water to keep it from sticking.
15. I decided sprinkle with sesame seeds and flax seeds. You can not sprinkle.
16. Bake in a pre heated oven 190-200 degrees for about 35-40 minutes until Golden brown. Half an hour later I started to look in the oven and did it every 5 minutes so as not to overlook a nice color. I have baked 40 minutes.
17. Cookies cooled on a leaf. When the cracker was barely warm, and broke it in slices. Bon appetit! The crackers turned out crisp with an unusual sweet taste. The only drawback is quickly eaten. This recipe is taken from the site http://www.dietplan. EN/recepes/xrustyash hij-ovsyanyj-kreker/
