Cooking
Start cooking with the basics - it will be oil-flour crumbs of streusel. To cook, combine the flour, cocoa and baking powder - sift together and pour into a blender. I was rubbing in the flour mixture the butter, constantly actively stirring it with a whisk, and in the end, to make it more homogeneous triturated by hand using a grater - nothing fancy.
We remove our crumbs in the freezer right in the bowl - so they are not softened, while we prepare the cheese cream.
The yolks separated from the whites. To the yolks add sugar and a good grind of white-hot so that the sugar is almost dissolved. You can do this with a mixer.
Into the yolk mixture and spread the cheese mix with a mixer.
If the price of grain, the ground it is better to wipe through a sieve. You can, of course, and pre-grind the cheese through a sieve, but I like to wipe a little watery mass - it is easier to pass through a sieve and get faster.
That's the beauty of it - I would've had, but my husband promised cake...
Then beat with a mixer proteins to "peaks". Let me remind those who forgot or don't know - add a pinch of salt and drop of lemon juice - the result will be 100%.
Now soeinem cheese-yolk mixture and the whites, gently knead the cream.
Well and further all is simple - collect our cake - cover the bottom 2/3 of stresses and upload the cream cheese, spread with a good layer.
On top sprinkle the rest of strategem with almonds.
I think here will work fine crumbs of walnuts and cashews. Remove pie to bake at 180 degrees for 50 minutes.
