Fudge with cardamom and cashews
And again, for lovers of sweet! Who have a sweet tooth, come and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • Chocolate milk

    200 g

  • Cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Cardamom

    0.5 tsp

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Cashews

    100 g

In a thick-walled saucepan, melt the butter, cream and sugar. Cook, stirring, until the sugar crystals dissolve.

Break chocolate and add to the pot. Stir until the chocolate is melted, add the cardamom.

Stir the mass until it's silky.

Remove from the flame. Nuts crushed and added to the mass. Stir.

Form vistream with plastic wrap or parchment paper. I have a form size of 7\11, height 6 cm just came out full form. The form took with cream cheese.
