Cooking
The products required.
Zucchini grate on a coarse grater.
In oil stir in the flour.
Gradually add milk, stirring.
Separate eggs into yolks and whites.
To the zucchini add the cheese, yolks.
Add the whites to the zucchini and mix well, add salt.
Pour the batter on a baking sheet, the laid paper. Bake at 180 C until ready.
Mix cottage cheese with grated cheese, rice and greens.
To connect the cottage cheese with the cooled mushrooms. I did 1 half with mushrooms and one without, because my husband can't have mushrooms.
Immediately turn the loaf and allow to cool.
To expand, put the filling inside.
To roll the roulade. That's all you can eat warm or cold.
