Sour cream cake with hazelnut praline
This recipe is taken from the book "Cakes and muffins". Great book with wonderful step-by-step photos and accessible recipes. The taste is smooth, nuts are amazing, cognac - flavored. All together - an incredible cupcake that will please even the most picky guests. Tested on their own mother.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    120 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    180 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Nuts

    150 g

  • Cognac

    30 ml

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

Cream the butter and sugar need to be whipped to the formation of air masses (about 5 minutes).
