Cooking
First you need to cook good broth. It can be chicken, meat, and vegetable. I had a vegetable broth of onions, carrots, celery and greens.
Cut the potatoes in small cubes. Bring the broth to a boil and add the potatoes. Cook for 5 minutes.
Zucchini also cut into dice and add to potatoes. I didn't use much of the broth as the squash themselves give plenty of fluids. Cook for another 5-10 minutes until the vegetables are soft.
When the vegetables are ready, blend them with the addition of soy sauce. (To take a leak excess liquid, blend it and then bring it to the desired consistency, density). Season with salt to taste. But you need to remember that the soy sauce itself is already contain salt. Need to add spice.
With canned corn, drain the liquid.
And add it to pureed vegetables. By the way, vegetables do not have to blend. You can use a conventional potato masher for potatoes. In this case, would be small pieces of vegetables.
Now add shrimp, pre-clearing and cook them as needed.
