Soup with chicken and corn
For this recipe you can quickly prepare a soup in haste and to diversify their menu.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    200 g

  • Corn

    1 can

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Corn flour

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 Tbsp

Chicken fillet finely chop.

Add cornmeal.

Add the soy sauce.

Boil 1 litre of water and send back the chicken pieces along with marinade.

Boil for 20 minutes: is it less at your discretion... add to the soup a jar of corn 340 g together with the liquid.

Break in the Cup egg, add a little salt and lightly beat.

Reduce the heat and slowly pour in egg, stirring to form egg strands. Remove the pan from the heat, give a little brew and serve.
