Cooking
The flesh of beef should be washed, dried with paper towel and cut into small cubes.

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. and cook for 1 hour 30 minutes.
5 minutes until cooked, remove the pots, sprinkle with grated cheese and again put into the oven (lid not to close to the cheese a chance to brown).
