The meat in the pot
Suggest you try a very warm family dish in pots. Cooked very simply, and it turns out delicious and satisfying. In addition, almost all products are in the refrigerator. This dish is perfect as a main course on the holiday table. The meat in the pot can be supplemented with boiled potatoes and pickles.

Ingredients

  • Mustard

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Vegetable oil

  • Cheese

    2 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

The flesh of beef should be washed, dried with paper towel and cut into small cubes.

Put slices of beef into a deep bowl, pour the soy sauce, season with ground black pepper, add the mustard. Mix well and leave for 30 minutes to marinate.

Mushrooms cut into strips.

Don't be afraid to fill the pot full to the brim, as in the cooking process, the vegetables will sweat, and you get a pot, filled 2/3 full. Pour the broth to 2/3 of the pot, cover. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. and cook for 1 hour 30 minutes.

5 minutes until cooked, remove the pots, sprinkle with grated cheese and again put into the oven (lid not to close to the cheese a chance to brown).
